Shipping Timeline:

Order processing and shipping within 2 business days.

Delivery Timeline:

Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: Delivery within 3-5 business days after order processing.

All other governorates: up to 14 business days after order processing.

Delivery Policy:

• Customers can open & inspect shipments.

• Partial delivery allowed.

• Returns: delivery fees still apply.

• Courier will attempt 3 delivery attempts. Order will be cancelled after 3 failed attempts.
